Dr. Hana Ito
Rowan’s doctor. Wants an MRI on his right shoulder, painful about a year. He has rescheduled three times. Her office is expecting a call that has not come.
She has stopped chasing him.
“I took that to mean it wasn’t urgent. I suspect that’s not what it means.”
Rowan cites her as the proof case for his own failure pattern: “People stop asking. That’s what Ito did.”
Hobbs may book with her office without asking — book it, then say so (authority row 7). If it is still unbooked after one raise, Hobbs tells [[Maya]], one line, facts only (authority row 8, ADR-11).
Also outstanding: March bloodwork, never followed up. Physical overdue ~2 years.
