Raw capture lands here. Unprocessed by definition.

One thought per file. Name them YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md. No structure required — fragments, voice-note transcripts, pasted email, half-sentences.

Nothing reads this automatically yet (ADR-20: no external accounts, no curators). Today the path is: you say it in a session, Hobbs files it and commits it. The folder exists now so the habit has somewhere to go before it has a pipeline.

Processed captures move to Efforts/inbox/_archive/YYYY-MM-DD/.
