# Someday — Halcyon Propulsion

**What this file is for.** Projects that are real but are not being worked, so
they leave `projects/` without leaving the vault. The rule is anti-pattern 13:
**more than about seven active projects under one venture cannot be reviewed
weekly, and the weekly review refuses an eighth until one moves here.**

**It moves on the weekly review, not on a session's judgment mid-week.** Moving
something here is a decision that it is not being worked; that is Rowan's to make
and it belongs in the ritual that looks at the whole venture at once.

**Nothing.** All three projects are live and two of them are seven days from a
date.

## Not parked, and not projects — recorded so they are not mistaken for either

- **A standing 1:1 with Dmitri** (`hobbs-ekd`, P2). He is seen constantly and
  formally never; Rowan suspected that was about the title, the title was given on
  14 September, and the task is still open. **That is a cadence item, not a
  project.**
- **[[Tobias Lund]]** (`hobbs-nm0`, P3) — board member, seed investor, **not
  spoken to since March**, and this task has never appeared in a brief. **A
  relationship, not a project**, and it belongs in Quiet rather than here. Noted
  because a P3 that has never been surfaced is invisible in both places.
