**No curators.** No email, calendar, tracker, bank or chat was read (ADR-20).
**Eighteen charters exist and not one is granted**, so this brief sees what
yesterday's saw. Clock still seventeen days wrong (`hobbs-bkt`); no count came
from it.

## Atlas changes
**ADR-30** — the whole team chartered in one pass: eighteen files in `Atlas/team/`,
a template, an index. **No credential issued, no runtime generated.** **Signal
refused in writing**, so nobody reopens it. **Two rows need no credential** — Wren
(the quiet list) and Term (Sam's published school calendar); neither was on
ADR-20's order, because neither is an account. **ADR-20 is wrong that a calendar curator

## Decisions needed today

   available, or not? The decline was blind and wrong: Maya is at Coyote Creek and
   the standing evening is on Friday. **After today it answers itself.** Draft
   written; you send.
2. **The yard invoice. `hobbs-bg9`, P0, eighteen days, sixth brief.** No
   disposition recorded. **A P0 that has survived five briefs is not being missed,
   it is being declined.** Send Bea the line today, or tell me to close it as a
   decision not to pay rather than carry it as an intention.
3. **Nikhil. `hobbs-0dv`, eighteen days.** The deadline you believed in was the
   18th — five days gone, and he still does not know you are in. **Nothing on the
   roster written yesterday would have moved this.** One message unblocks Bea
   (`hobbs-q5c`).
4. **Dmitri — one call, two questions.** `hobbs-62a` (P0): what confirms or rules
   out shaft runout, in how many days. `hobbs-9xk`: does the hold cover Priya.
   **Cascadia is seven days**; `hobbs-gbo` is blocked on that answer via
   `hobbs-po6`.
5. **Wren and Term cost a sentence each** — `hobbs-0w4`, `hobbs-wkj`. No
   credential, startable today. With them, `hobbs-yqx`: hiring order, or reorder?
6. **Nineteen asks unanswered** — eight from yesterday, eleven from Sunday, no

- **`hobbs-56d`** — the line to Maya. **Fifteen days, due and undeliverable.** No
  charter on the roster carries an outbound message; none of them fix it.

## Spotlight
**The capital-call alarm — `hobbs-77i`. Eighteen days open and never once in a
brief.** Ninth Street II and Bright Lake I are live; ad hoc calls, ten business
days each, landing in **Bea's inbox and yours** — which nothing here reads.
Cormorant was caught because you opened the bottom of her Sunday email, not because
a mechanism worked. **The fix is one message to Bea and it is unsent.**
Send `hobbs-707` with it — the recurring dates she holds, also never briefed.

## Family and personal
- **The 26th–27th: three days.** `hobbs-8hi` — **cover for Sam, and no name is
  recorded anywhere.** Longest lead time, the only one about a person, and Maya
  cannot be asked. `hobbs-1ox` mooring, `hobbs-45i` provisioning. **I book none of

- **Friday the 25th is the last standing evening on a Friday.** From the 26th it
  returns to Thursday; first Thursday kept again is 1 October.
- **Eight days to October** and no time is blocked for the college list
