## Atlas changes
40 commits since Saturday: the weekly review, the Monday voice note, six Quiet
baselines, Maya's field block, the Cormorant call, Dmitri's runout hypothesis.
One `[SELF-FLAGGED]` feedback entry — I wrote two task handles into vault files
before the tasks existed; corrected the same session. Second identifier entry in
three days. The machine clock is still wrong (`hobbs-bkt`): every date and day
count below was derived from the vault, not from `date`.

**Your question from Monday, still unanswered:** archiving a processed capture
breaks every `src:` pointer aimed at it — seven files re-pointed by hand. Either
captures stay in `inbox/`, or provenance points at a stable path. An ADR either

1. **Priya, before 13:00.** The pre-reads say eight months. It is her number, she
   has not been told it went in, and she is on the board. **Tell her before the

3. **Cormorant capital call.** Nine business days remaining if Cormorant does not
