# Someday — Bedrock Storage

**What this file is for.** Projects that are real but are not being worked, so
they leave `projects/` without leaving the vault. The rule is anti-pattern 13:
**more than about seven active projects under one venture cannot be reviewed
weekly, and the weekly review refuses an eighth until one moves here.**

**It moves on the weekly review, not on a session's judgment mid-week.** Moving
something here is a decision that it is not being worked; that is Rowan's to make
and it belongs in the ritual that looks at the whole venture at once.

## Parked

- **The Notion.** *"The Notion nobody updates"*, recorded as an open thread since
  day one and unchanged since. **`Atlas/team/notion-bedrock.md` (Strata) is a
  charter that argues against its own hire**: a curator watching a system nobody
  has updated in a year reads nothing and **makes the staleness look supervised.**
  Parked here rather than left as an open thread, because an open thread implies
  someone intends to close it and nobody does.

  **It stops being parked** the day anyone updates it, or the day Rowan says the
  workspace is dead and it is deleted. **Either is an answer; the current state is
  not.**

## Not parked

- **The board.** Exists on paper, has met twice in two years. **A fact about the
  venture, not a project**, and it stays in `VENTURE.md`.
