Claire called Rowan late on Tuesday 8 September. He reported it Wednesday 06:20
and gave her words verbatim, unprompted, saying they mattered. Captured before
the brief was built (constitution rule 1). No curators, no accounts read (ADR-20).

## Notes
- **Claire's question is not the question that has been open.** Four months of
  "the three futures" (`hobbs-m9x`); what she actually asked is ownership
  (`hobbs-s7r`), which has sat at P2 since 5 September with the note "newly
  named, unaddressed." Surfaced as a fact about what she said. Not adjudicated.
- **The fear in her note was that she would stop asking.** She asked again and
  put a date on it. Recorded plainly, no conclusion drawn.
- **The venture's "there is no deadline" line is now false** and was retired in
  both files rather than left to rot (anti-pattern 3).
- **Spotlight: the will** (`hobbs-4xe`, `money`). `rivet-yard` was spotlit
  yesterday and `norton` on 5 September; neither repeats this week (ADR-19).
  The will was chosen because Tomas Reyes is the lawyer for all three of the
  will, the Rivet Yard guarantee, and today's related-party question.
- **Health is not in this brief**, by ADR-11. One raise, spent 8 September.

## ADR-22 — written, unsigned
- **Rowan asked for the call to be made today and for the ADR to be written
  properly, "including what would make me wrong."** It is written in full and
  left at **PROPOSED**. This file's own convention is that an ADR is the act of
  deciding, so Hobbs does not set it to in-effect. One word from Rowan does.
- **The analytical move is the split.** Rowan's stated reason contained two
  claims: the shop gets better rather than smaller (independent of any customer),
  and Halcyon needs a serious supplier (dependent on a pre-revenue company with
  26 months of runway and an undiagnosed rig). ADR-22 adopts the first as the
  reason of record and **explicitly excludes the second**, so that Tomas's answer
  cannot kill a direction it does not bear on.
- **Five Reverse-if conditions**, the first being that Claire's view — which
  exists nowhere in this vault — turns out not to be retool.
- **Review date 30 September**, which is also Claire's deadline and also the
  Cascadia contract deadline (`hobbs-gbo`). Three things on one date.
