## Decisions made today
All four are Rowan's, recorded as his.

- **Tuesday 8 September: the regional.** Board at 13:00 by phone from the car
  park. Closes `hobbs-a0x`, which he had asked on Sunday to be asked again this
  morning. Two options were given and no recommendation (ADR-14, row 15).
- **The Ophelia rudder rate: yes, $3,400.** Splash Saturday 19 September.
  `hobbs-8wl`, retitled to the call and raised to P0. **Ellis has not been told**
  — that call is Rowan's (rows 11, 12).
- **Dmitri's runout hypothesis is held.** Not in the pre-reads, not at the board,
  not to Marcus, until Dmitri is sure. `hobbs-62a` asks what "sure" costs in days.
- **The anniversary gets a deadline, not an answer.** `hobbs-rkc` retitled and
  dated: in front of him from Mon 14 Sep, P0 on 19 Sep.

## Notes

- **The hold has an edge Rowan did not draw.** He named Marcus. He did not name
  Priya, who is on the board and will be in the room on Tuesday. Surfaced in
  `halcyon`, not resolved by Hobbs.
- **The eight-month number and the runout theory touch each other.** Eight months
  was Priya's estimate for a bearing failure, and it is in a board document
  written Saturday. Stated as a fact in `halcyon`; no view taken, nothing adjusted.
- **Three Marcus items now stack in front of 13:00 tomorrow:** `hobbs-epn` (were
  the pre-reads sent), `hobbs-x8k` (the number is eight, not six), `hobbs-5lr`
  (by phone). And `hobbs-452` — Priya — is still unhad.
- **The 19 September splash lands on the Norton weekend** (`hobbs-1dk`, from
  Sunday's tactic change). Noted on the task; the ask still happens, as he asked.
- **Rowan's yes to Ellis answers two of three voicemails.** The 52-day invoice
  (`hobbs-bg9`) is untouched.
- **Question for Rowan, structural, not acted on:** archiving a processed capture
  breaks every `src:` pointer aimed at it — seven files were re-pointed by hand
  today. That will develop gaps (anti-pattern 3's tell). Either captures stay put
  in `inbox/`, or provenance points at a stable path. An ADR either way, and it
  is his call, not Hobbs's.
- **Machine clock still wrong** (`hobbs-bkt`). `date` reports Sat 5 Sep; it is
  Monday 7 September. Every date here was derived from the note and the vault.
