## Notes
- **The MRI took its single raise today** (`hobbs-gs0`, ADR-11). It was owed
  Monday; there was no Monday brief. It is not raised again. If it is still
  unbooked, the next step is one line to Maya — facts only, never a report on him.
- **Spotlight: `rivet-yard`**, the unsigned $84k change order. `norton` was
  spotlit 5 Sep and is out of the brief until the weekend of 19–20 September per
  the tactic change recorded against ADR-19.
- **Maya's field block reached a brief for the first time** (ADR-13). It was
  relayed Sunday and captured then; Sunday and Monday produced no brief, so today
  is the "next brief" the ADR names.
- **Waiting-for rendered empty** — no task carries the `waiting` flag. Section
  omitted rather than padded.
- **The Cormorant count diverges today.** Nine business days remaining under the
  reading where Labor Day is not a business day, eight under the reading where it
  is. Both stated; neither picked. Bea has still not confirmed which Cormorant
  uses.
- **Machine clock still wrong** (`hobbs-bkt`). `date` reports Sat 5 Sep;
  `brief-prep.sh` therefore returned a Saturday shape, an empty Atlas-changes
  window and a negative day count for Dmitri. Every date and count in the brief
  was re-derived from the vault and from Rowan's "Tuesday, 06:20".

## Decisions made this evening
All Rowan's.

- **The coach is Delia Karr.** Blank since 5 September, filled on the third day.
- **Priya was told, 18:00.** Five hours after Marcus was told she already knew.
  Both facts recorded, in that order, with no view attached.
- **MRI: not today.** His answer to the single raise.

## Notes
- **Five tasks closed by the day itself:** `hobbs-4jl` (the coach's name),
  `hobbs-452` (Priya), `hobbs-5lr` (Marcus, by phone), `hobbs-epn` (were the
  pre-reads sent — they were), `hobbs-x8k` (the number is eight — he read it
  himself). Two created: `hobbs-56d` and `hobbs-9cy`.
- **The Priya item leaves the daily brief.** It was the one avoided conversation
  carried daily because it had a date on it (ADR-09). The date has passed and the
  conversation happened, so it rejoins the weekly rotation. Leaving it in the
  daily slot is anti-pattern 1's named tell.
- **ADR-11 has fired and cannot complete.** The MRI took its one raise this
  morning; the answer was "not today"; the next step is one line to Maya, and
  there is no channel to her. `hobbs-56d`, `cos-exec`, blocked on means rather
  than on permission. **First collision between an automatic authority (row 8)
  and the no-credentials rule (ADR-20).** Not resolved by Hobbs — the fix is a
  charter and charters are Rowan's.
- **No second raise.** The MRI does not appear in tomorrow's brief.
- **`hobbs-9cy` is a date, not a status** (ADR-14). Same shape as `hobbs-ssh` and
  `hobbs-1hl`. The state competition date is unknown and was not guessed.
- **Third invented task handle in four days**, this one inside a `bd --notes`
  field rather than in prose — `hobbs-hy1`, for a task that came back as
  `hobbs-56d`. Caught in the same command sequence and corrected. Promoted to
  **SL-01** in `Efforts/feedback.md` per ADR-21's three-strike clause. The new
  part of the lesson: **a call that consumes an identifier never goes in the same
  batch as the call that mints it.**
- **The runout hold still stands.** Nothing was reported about Dmitri, the
  bearing or the DO-160 schedule at the board. `hobbs-62a` is still open and
  still the thing the eight-month number rests on.
