## Decisions made today
- **Norton:** not this weekend; ask again the weekend of 19–20 September; a second
  no earns Hobbs's read of what it means. ADR-19's Reverse if, used as designed.
- **Tuesday board vs Sam's regional:** deliberately held. Rowan asked to be asked
  again Monday morning. `hobbs-a0x`

## Notes
- **The machine clock is wrong.** `date` reports Sat 5 Sep 08:50 +04; it is
  Sunday 6 September, 17:05, for Rowan. Every date in this review was re-derived
  from Rowan and from the vault, not from the machine. `brief-prep.sh` depends on
  `date` for the lookback window, the Quiet day counts and the fixed-point
  warnings. Filed as `hobbs-bkt`.
- **The guides watcher cannot succeed as written** — it points at
  `http://localhost:8788`. Two runs, two non-zero exits. No "nothing new" was
  reported. Filed as `hobbs-21n`.
- **Three of six Quiet baselines arrived with a disqualifier** — June, Dmitri,
  Claire. Days-since alone will misreport them. ADR proposed, not acted on:
  `hobbs-7pk`.
- `hobbs-h9k` (write the plan) was blocked by `hobbs-452` (tell Priya). The
  document got written first. The dependency was right and the order was not.
