Team

Index — eighteen charters, nothing connected, no credential issued (ADR-20, ADR-30). Two rows need no credential and are one sentence away: Wren (quiet, hobbs-0w4) and Term (school-calendar, hobbs-wkj). Signal is refused, with the reasoning in the file. New charters are filled in from the template.

Rituals

  • /daily-brief — 06:15, seven sections, every line demands a response.
  • Weekly review — Sunday 17:00, routine.

Tools

  • Review surface — node Tools/review-surface/server.mjs, then http://127.0.0.1:7317. The disposition-needed lines of the last brief or review, as buttons. Laptop only (ADR-29).

Capture

Drop anything into Efforts/inbox/. Voice-note transcripts, forwards, fragments. Nothing reads it automatically yet. Say it in a session and Hobbs files it.
