The live thing. She thinks Rowan is telling the board a certification number he cannot hit. Rowan agrees she is right. They have not had that conversation properly.

Rowan wrote the board pre-reads on Saturday night and used eight months — her number. She has not been told. She is on the board, so if she is not told before Tuesday 13:00 she reads it at the table.
hobbs-452 is no longer “tell her what you’re putting in.” It is now “tell her
what you have already put in.” Detail in Atlas/ventures/halcyon/VENTURE.md.
2026-09-08 — the conversation happened. 18:00, after the board.
Rowan called her at six, after the 13:00 board. Her words, at his explicit instruction — “put that in her note in her words, not mine”:
“thank you for writing it down.”
Rowan’s report of the rest, marked as his and not hers: “She was quiet for a while and then she said…” — and that is all she said about it.
Nothing else of hers is recorded, because nothing else was reported. What she thinks about the eight months, the board, or the delay is not known and is not inferred here.

Brief handling changes today. This was the one avoided conversation carried daily because it had a date on it, and the date was Tue 8 Sep (ADR-09, anti-pattern 1).
