Tomas Reyes

Outside counsel for [[ashcroft-tool-die]]. The only lawyer in the picture.

If the Tool & Die future is “retool for aerospace” and it becomes a Halcyon supplier, that is a related-party problem, and Tomas is the one who will say how bad.

“I call him too late, every time.”

Also the natural person for the will, which was last updated when [[Sam]] was four, and for whatever the Rivet Yard personal guarantee implies. See money.

2026-09-15 — the call has a date, and a second subject

Rowan: “Tomas gets called this week, not in four months.”

The line above — “I call him too late, every time” — has been on this page since 5 September and is the reason that sentence was said.

He is now being called about two things, and only the first is what hobbs-cqf was written for.

  1. The related-party exposure if Tool & Die supplies [[halcyon]]. Unchanged: ADR-22 decision 2 stands, undecided, and Tomas gates it. Nothing is promised to anyone about that relationship until he has answered.
  2. [[Claire]]‘s proposal — buying forty percent over five years out of profit. ADR-26, opened 15 September. A staged transfer of forty percent of an inherited company is a larger question than the supply one, and the vault holds none of its terms: no valuation, no structure, no view on what forty percent carries.

Also his, and not folded into either: the will, last updated when [[Sam]] was four (hobbs-4xe), which a staged transfer intersects; and whatever the Rivet Yard personal guarantee implies (ADR-17). Named here so the call is not made twice.

**Rowan:** *"Tomas gets called this week, not in four months."*

The line above — *"I call him too late, every time"* — has been on this page
since 5 September and is the reason that sentence was said.

**He is now being called about two things, and only the first is what
`hobbs-cqf` was written for.**

1. **The related-party exposure** if Tool & Die supplies [[halcyon]]. Unchanged:
ADR-22 decision 2 stands, undecided, and Tomas gates it. **Nothing is promised
to anyone about that relationship until he has answered.**
2. **[[Claire]]'s proposal** — buying forty percent over five years out of
profit. `ADR-26`, opened 15 September. **A staged transfer of forty percent of
an inherited company is a larger question than the supply one**, and the vault
holds none of its terms: no valuation, no structure, no view on what forty
   percent carries.

**Also his, and not folded into either:** the **will**, last updated when [[Sam]]
was four (`hobbs-4xe`), which a staged transfer intersects; and whatever the
Rivet Yard personal guarantee implies (ADR-17). Named here so the call is not
made twice.
