Constitution, thirteen ventures, twenty-two people notes, twenty-one ADRs, anti-patterns, feedback log, cadence, the beads task graph, /daily-brief, the weekly-review routine including the guides watcher, and the first brief.

Not built, deliberately

No external accounts. None. No email, calendar, tracker, bank, or messaging (ADR-20). Every one requires a written charter for a named curator first.
No channel. Telegram is the obvious future default — installed, used for nothing, therefore the only channel Rowan would not already be ignoring at 06:15.
No curators. Atlas/team/ is empty.

The hiring order, when Rowan is ready

Personal-Gmail curator. Sam’s essay has been sitting in that account since July. It is the account Rowan calls “where things go to die.” That is the strongest single argument in the whole interview for which curator comes first.
Calendar curator. Unlocks meeting prep (cut from the brief until it exists), Maya’s field blocks, and authority row 10 — moving the all-hands.
Halcyon Workspace curator. The account he actually reads, so lowest marginal value.

Standing meta-rules

Every structural change gets an ADR before the action, with a Reverse if.
Every correction goes into Efforts/feedback.md in the same session, in Rowan’s words, before anything else is done with it (ADR-21).
The weekly review checks chiefofstaff.io/guides.json against Efforts/cos-guides-seen.json (ADR-16).
